1.LeoThe bed sheets never stay on. Always ever changing, mountain ridges, landscapes full of plastic dinosaurs, caves of wonder with chasms within which you can fall forever, never once coming up for air, because the imagination runs deep rivulets down paths that are only known to you. That I perhaps once knew myself but have since forgotten because things are "serious" now because imaginary numbers mean “something” now.I try and seek you in those caves. Sometimes I find you, but I am surprised by how tall you’ve gotten, how your limbs are thicker than I remembered from your newborn self.Vulnerable no more only a roiling ball of energy, sweet laughter, a smile that once glanced at me beneath the almond eyes of your Mother.
